Terms & Conditions of Fees

OUR FEES STRUCTURE IS SIMPLE

Upon receipt of a fully completed registration form, Little Limes will endeavour to offer a place for the days and sessions requested. In the event that the days or sessions requested cannot be guaranteed at the preferred start date, Little Limes will place the child on waiting list. Little Limes reserves the right not to register a child who, at the absolute discretion of the management team is considered unsuitable for admission.

Upon a place being offered you will be required to pay a £100 non-refundable registration fees.

A £100 of non-refundable registration fees is required at the time of booking. All children will have two free “settling in” sessions, each one last two hours before taking up a place in the nursery.

We require a month deposit to secure your place which is refundable only at the end of the contract with Little Limes.

Fees are payable during child absence / sickness / holidays.

Fees are calculated on an annual basis (51 weeks).

Our daily working hours are from Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. Sessions are either from 8am to 1pm or 1pm to 5pm.

Early drop off, and late pick up can be arranged for an extra fee of £10 for a 30mins.

BOOKING

  • Minimum of two days a week applies.
  • Adhoc care and last minute bookings are accepted depending on availability.

PAYMENT

  • Payment required monthly in advance.
  • All childcare vouchers and Tax-free childcare accepted.

NOTICE

  • A full-term notice period required for children who have access to funding.
  • Two months’ notice for all the other age groups.

Entitlement for all three and four-year-old children is 15 hours per week of Early funded education for 38 weeks of the year. At Little Limes, we spread these hours over 51 weeks.

Children become eligible for funding from the 1st of September, 1st of January or 1st of April following their 3rd birthday.

We accept 30 hours of funding for those who are entitled.

Funded hours of educational sessions are from 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm. However, we offer only by session or day. Therefore please note that standard fees apply for all bookings.
